Terms of Service

GEN.TV is an AI-television streaming network that provides on-demand movies, series, animation, shorts, and original programming. We may add, remove, or change titles and features at any time.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Access to streaming requires a paid membership. Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.

Your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any price change.

You may cancel at any time from your Account page via the billing portal. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account;
• copy, download, record, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted;
• circumvent any content protection, geo, or access restrictions;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

All content on the Service is owned by GEN.TV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEN.TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
